INGREDIENTS

Water, Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite, Whole Pepper, Bay Leaves

All products are packaged in 5 gallon plastic pails and contain 35 pounds net weight. The pails are then filled with brine and salt then sealed with a cover. Once the products are packed into the pails, refrigeration is not necessary.

Product Packing

All products are available to be packed in 35 lb Net Weight pails or 20 lb cases containing 4-5 lb pails.
